Shaun Bond
Founder and Managing Director
With a career spanning more than 25 years' across all phases of the property development life cycle. Shaun's experience in the urban regeneration sector has seen him in leadership roles on major mixed-use projects such as the redevelopment of Jacksons Landing, the winning bid team for Barangaroo as well as in the leadership team that initiated and converted the highly successful project. Shaun spent 17 years with Lendlease in various roles including a national new business role and as a Development Director and has deep relationships in the property sector.

Jacki started her career as a Design Manager for national construction firm Multiplex, then went on to complete an MBA and spent 18 years within global investment banking firm Goldman Sachs, working in a number of roles on complex transactions, principal investments, corporate finance, most recently as Managing Director and COO of the Asia Pacific business selection and conflict resolution team. 

Jacki is now applying her commercial, financial and risk management skills back into the property development and construction sector through Allambi Property as a perfect complement to Shaun’s deep property skills.
